You have 30 days from your purchase date to make a return. Shopmartlife is only one company that’s always priority customer satisfaction.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
simple just sent us delivered slip and wrong / damage products photo at email (info@shopmartlife.com) we sent you the new item again without a restocking fee.
Also, we can’t take return products for customer remorse if you buy the wrong item, or you don’t need it after delivery then we don’t take this. that’s the Customer’s responsibility. We suggest if you order the wrong item then mail us at (info@shopmartlife.com) within 24 hours, then we cancel your order.
Can you provide me with a tracking number?
All tracking numbers will be emailed to your ordered email address as soon as the tracking information is available.
