Estimate Delivery time:  we take 3-6 business days to deliver your products. ( Mon-Friday)

and order cut-off time will be 05:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York).

Lost or Stolen Packages (if applicable)

is not responsible for lost or stolen packages whose delivery is confirmed to the address entered for an order. Upon request, will confirm delivery to the address provided, delivery date, tracking information, and carrier information for the customer to investigate. How I can change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you put the wrong shipping address when placing an order. simply contact us at info@shopmartlife.com within 24 hours. and if your order is processing then we can cancel your order or change the shipping address, if your order is already delivered then we can’t do anything until return our item. 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. You can use this tracking information to monitor the status and location of your package. also, you can use your order id and billing email address in our track order page for tracking your order.
